Tracking issues for scorecards

Nadia is making progress with the scorecards calculations.

We realized that some more metrics are required:

mean bias
CRPSS

On the other hand, we are detecting some more needs on the metadata to correctly display the scorecards:

plevel in case it is needed (for the single level can be empty) Nadia might create a dictionary for the variable names.

Furthermore, we wonder if you are planning a dictionary for the datasets names (e.g.: ecmwfs5c3s is ECMWF-S5) so we can use it to correctly display system names in the plots.
