Change seasonal system ID names from /esarchive conventions to official names

The identifiers for the seasonal models in the archive should be changed from their /esarchive name a clearer ID, such as the names on the CDS. In some cases, a "version" tag or key-value pair may have to be added, as some of the CDS systems have different versions under the same name (e.g. SEAS5 has 'System 5' and 'System 5.1')

For now, there are:

  • ECMWF-SEAS5 (two versions: System 5 and System 5.1)
  • Meteo-France-System7
  • CMCC-SPS3.5
  • DWD-GCFS2.1
  • NCEP-CFSv2
  • JMA-CPS2
  • ECCC-CanCM4i

The names of the CDS systems are listed here: https://confluence.ecmwf.int/display/CKB/Description+of+the+C3S+seasonal+multi-system
