Problem with the coordinates for siasiesiv and interpcdo
I am trying to calculate siasiesiv (DIAGS = siasiesiv,Baffin_Bay:...) and interpcdo (interpcdo,seaIce,sic,r360x180) for the experiment a1ue in the fat nodes with version 3.0.0-foss-2015a-Python-2.7.9.
This is the error for siasiesiv:

I have checked the data and they seem to be ok. There is something with the coordinates that it does not like. The configuration file is: /esarchive/scratch/ruben/shock_comparison/processing_data/diags_a1ue.conf (launch_diags_a1ue.sh in the same folder).
What can I do?
