HERMESv3_GR can use gridded temporal profiles (i.e. temporal weights that vary per grid cell) to account for the variation of the temporal distribution of emissions across countries and/or regions due to climatological or sociodemographic factors, among others.

Gridded temporal profiles have to be provided by the user in NetCDF format and following the domain description (resolution and geographical area covered) defined in the [section domain](../user_guide/user_guide_section_domain)

The weight factors have to be reported under a variable called "Fmonth" for monthly profiles, "Fweek" for weekly profiles, "Fday" for daily profiles or "Fhour" for hourly profiles. Similarly, the sum of all factors has to be equal to 12, 7, 365/366 or 24, respectively.
