Explanation of the structure of the specs2cmor directory and how to compile everything

To compile ocean and atmosphere cmorization fortran programs, run comp/compilation.cmd $model

The 2 executables will be built with the name $model-cmor-oce.exe and $model-cmor-atm.exe in the directory bin/

The following libraries are needed to compile the executables:

gribex
cmor
hdf5 (v1.8.10)
netcdf (v4.1.3 or >)
udunits (v2.1.24 or >)
uuid (v1.6.2 or >)

The common directory contains input files common for all the models cmorization programs (mainly SPECS MIP Tables)
