 **Bio**: Dr Sara Basart (female) received a degree in Physics from the University of Barcelona (UB). She studied a Masters in Meteorology and Climatology a the University of Barcelona (UB). Before joining the academia, he worked for ten years in the private sector developing applications of numerical weather prediction for short-term wind power forecasting.
