 +** Postdoctoral Researcher ** \\
+**Interests:** meteorology, remote sensing, aerosols, clouds, modelling
 +
+**Bio:** Cristina recieved her BSc degree in Physics (2019) from the University of Granada and her MSc degree in Meteorology and Geophysics (2020) from the Complutense University of Madrid. She then worked at Endesa as an operation supervision intern, where she developed Python-based tools to automatically validate processes in energy trading operations. She completed her Ph.D. in 2026 at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, focusing on characterization of cirrus clouds and dust aerosols using remote sensing measurements and radiative transfer models to study their radiative effects. In parallel, she obtained her MSc degree in Data Science and Engineering from the National University of Distance Education (UNED) in 2025. In 2026, she joined the Data, Assimilation, Forecasting and Applications group within Atmospheric Composition group at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC). Her current work focuses on CAMS reports and improvements in dust forecasts.
