+**Short Bio:** Egor Tiavlovsky is a Research Engineer at the Artificial Intelligence Team within the Computational Earth Sciences (CES) group at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC).
+ He holds a BA and MEng from University of Cambridge, and has over 5 years of experience in designing Machine Learning and Optimization Algorithms.
+Before joining BSC, he worked at University of Valencia on co-limitation modelling of bio-geophysical processes with remote sensing observations. At BSC, he focuses on the feasibility study on the promise of Quantum Advantage in Earth System Modelling.

 **Short Bio:**
 Joan Martí is a Junior Research Engineer of the Artificial Intelligence Team within the Computational Earth Sciences (CES) group at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC).
 He holds a degree in Physics (Universitat de Barcelona), and is currently developing a Master's thesis in HPC analysis of MHD simulations.
 At BSC, he focuses on assessing the feasibility of using Quantum Computing for the group's projects.
 He is also passionate about music and is an active jazz musician.
