| + | - Discussion about the meetings dynamics and suggestion keep the usual meetings with round of challenges but modify it once every 2 months (one meeting out of 4 aprox) to have a meeting with Taiga and go over the cards and status of each project. Those meetings might be longer than usual, but will be useful for everyone to know what all the projects are about and to keep them all on track; the suggested structure is that a CST coordinator leads these different meetings and we go over each taiga card with the main responsible for the card giving a brief summary of what the project is about, latest progress and expected work over the next 2 months. | ||
