-**Short Bio:** Theertha (she/her) has a masters degree in Physics from the Indian Institute for Science Education and Research, India. She has five year research experience on the terrestrial carbon cycle while working for the Max Planck Institute for Biogeochemistry, Germany. Her technical expertise lies in using R for data analysis. Currrently, works with the Data Diagnostics team at BSC, developing and maintaing R tools for climate data analysis.
