 To obtain a clear and more objective picture of equity within our department, we prepared a survey aimed at gathering insights into inclusivity and diversity, assessing whether everyone has access to the necessary information about department policies and protocols. The survey also explored employees' first impressions of the department compared with their previous work environments, with the goal of identifying potential biases and understanding whether perceptions of inclusivity change over time.
