+**Equity4ES: Inclusivity in the Earth Sciences Department survey**

+To obtain a clear and more objective picture of equity within our department, we prepared a survey aimed at gathering insights into inclusivity and diversity, assessing whether everyone has access to the necessary information about department policies and protocols. The survey also explored employees' first impressions of the department compared with their previous work environments, with the goal of identifying potential biases and understanding whether perceptions of inclusivity change over time.
+The survey was distributed to all members of the department during the period 2025/2026. In early 2026, we analyzed the responses and identified several key findings.
