**Short Bio:** Francesco Benincasa holds a Master Degree in Software Engineering from the Alma Mater Studiorum - Bologna University (Italy) in 2004. After working in the private sector on web and databases development and automatic shop applications, he started his experience in supercomputing and data manipulation (SCS, CINECA spin-off - Bologna - Italy) oriented to biomedical simulations, participating to several FP6 and FP7 European projects. Since 2010 he is at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC) working on air quality data management, processing and visualization. He is in charge of data processing and management and web development and maintenance of the WMO SDS-WAS NA-ME-E Regional Center (SDS) and the Barcelona Dust Forecast Center (BDFC), both projects operated by a consortium of BSC and AEMET (Spanish Meteorological Agency) under the umbrella of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) with the goals to improve the understanding of sand and dust storms phenomena through air quality models comparison and evaluation (SDS) and to provide an operational daily dust forecast over the mediterranean area (BDFC). He co-leads the Data and Diagnostics Team inside CES group.

**Short Bio:**
Pierre-Antoine Bretonnière holds a Master Degree in Mathematical and Physical Engineering (Matmeca engineering school, Bordeaux, France, 2009). He has worked in CERFACS (Toulouse, France), Institut Català de Ciencies del Clima (IC3, Barcelona, Spain) and BSC, in data management and climate software  anagement. His has worked on different climate data, diagnostics and metadata topics in numerous European and national projects (PRIMAVERA, SPECS, Copernicus, Destination Earth,...). Technically he is in charge in the department of the archive, ESGF, and data management. He also co-coordinates the Data and Diagnostics Team inside CES group.

**Short Bio:** Alba Vilanova Cortezón holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, earned at University of Lleida and Inha University, and obtained the Master of Science in Geospatial Technologies from NOVA University of Lisbon, University of Münster and Jaume I University. Before joining BSC, she did internships at Korea Institute of Energy Research, Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems and Meteomatics AG. At BSC her work is focused on the implementation of new features in Providentia. She is also leading the development of the CALIOPE dashboard and supporting the development of the RESPIRE and EpiOutlook dashboards. In addition to this, she has previously worked on the I/O library NES.

**Short Bio:** Albert Vila Miró is an IT Expert in the Earth Sciences Department at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC).He completed a vocational degree in Microcomputer Systems and Networks at La Salle Girona, building a strong foundation in computer systems, networking, and technical support.
He began his career at La Salle Cassà de la Selva, where he carried out laptop and desktop maintenance, prepared and configured user workspaces, managed users on Windows Server environments, performed disk imaging and formatting, assembled computer hardware, and installed operating systems, software, and drivers.
He later joined the Consell Comarcal del Gironès, contributing to the creation of multimedia products and overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and peripherals. He provided technical assistance to end users, addressing issues related to hardware, software, services, and printers.
Currently at the BSC, Albert supports the Earth Sciences research community by preparing and configuring new equipment, developing internal documentation and user manuals, installing operating systems and scientific software, performing disk cloning and formatting, and maintaining IT infrastructure and peripherals. He provides expert technical assistance to researchers and administrative personnel, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of their computing environments.

This work involved the application of machine learning, deep learning techniques and geospatial data processing.

Victòria Agudetse Roures is a Research Engineer and R-Tools Unit Lead in the Data and Diagonistics Team within the Computational Earth Sciences (CES) group at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC).
They hold a Master's degree in Meteorology by the University of Barcelona, and have over 5 years of experience writing software applications for weather and climate data analysis.
