Apart from the tasks common to the whole department Starting at ES, some tasks are specific to CES:

• Go to Computational Earth Sciences and add your name in your team and create your profile and short bio
• Subscribe to the department calendar as well as your team leaders' and the colleagues with whom you will interact more
• When asking for holidays or day(s) off, in addition to the request in the “Portal del Empleado”, let your team leader know and update your personal calendar
• Every week, preferably before lunch, summarize in a few points the main issues and advancements you have done during the week. There is a main template updated every week with the link to the current report
• Create an account in Trello and ask access to the CES board. Take a quick look and explore the cards.
