Add checks if data are passed without detected plume and use Berlin as origin for zooming if no plume was detected

- read output from Monte-Carlo experiment
- compute performance (confusion matrix) of Sentinel-5
- read Sentinel-7 Level-2 for Sentinel-5 plume detection
- compute and plot signals, background and SNRs of sources

Remove code for computing confusion matrix that will be moved to post-processing

Use 32-bit arrays in dataset
Save dataset with compression in main function
