add example easyconfigs for WRF/WPS v3.4.1 with iqacml toolchain + deps

fix typo in VSC-tools easyconfig file

fix imkl, google-sparsehash, mpiBLAST, Trinity and XML easyconfigs

explicitely add zlib dependency, remove easyblock setting since a dedicated XML easyblock is now available, and should be used

fix Trinity build by adding ant as proper dependency, also add ncurses and zlib as deps (because they are), add additional patch file to fix use of gcc in a ictce build and allow passing of ncurses/zlib library dirs

add iomkl easyconfigs for more missing deps: zlib, libreadline, bzip2, ncurses

add missing easyconfigs for imkl and Python required for deps

remove use of tar_config_opts, remove OpenMPI easyconfigs with extensive list of osdependencies
