Adding feature to automatically add a workaround for the situation where there's a real variable used as an argument for a variable that is expecting a rpe_var. Working with a dummy test, pending test with NEMO.

Refactoring. Replacing the weird old way of processing two times the sources. Now we are preprocessing to replace real variables and remove wrkallocs, afterwards parsing the sources and finally fixing all the code issues.

insert_variable_precision_after_routine_call integrated in add_sbits routine. Source folders moved into ModelSources.
