Trying to clarify retrieve_real_in_line. Using info on dimensions to find the proper procedure from an interface.

We are adding the attribute is_pointer to Variables, and use this information in the tracking phase.

Issue#53: Now also current_block is passed along, so to distinguish btw procedure with same name in different modules.

Function dimension_of_contents added, now match interface should be able to discriminate if the dimension of arguments and the dummies coincide.
However this should be improved as now some cases give problems that are mostly ignored right now.

Fix in CodeChecker.

Fixes:  is_call_to_function was giving false positives, key arguments was not checked for functions, clean_content was not removing sign before variables, reduced duplicated code for track_dependecy.py

Track dependencies between pointers through pointer assignation. Fixed search of variables in structures.

When searchign for variables declaration scans code also in .h90 files included through #include clause

remove unused clause.

getting indentation right, deleting useless lines, and fixing comments.

cast was not chatching case like 'REAL(misfkb_cav,8)'

in case of key_arg now dummy_arg is searched for by name, and not position as this can lead to errors.
