Bad workaround for fixing find_first_use_variable that was failing with variables with names like 'd' or 'c'

fix_read_call was not substituting var exact match. * operator was missing from operators that can preceed a intrinsict

Small bugfix to acount for the variable declaration found inside an ALLOCATE in the nemo trunk post 4.0.2

added function to replace exact match, function to split element in comparison, pattern to match struct of array.

now the 'split_element_in_operation' works properly, and can be used to split elements in instrinsics.
