Trying to clarify retrieve_real_in_line. Using info on dimensions to find the proper procedure from an interface.

Function is_pointer has been adapted NEMO merge needs. Won't be compatible with the dwarf developments.

We are adding the attribute is_pointer to Variables, and use this information in the tracking phase.

Removed hardcoded filename in Job.py, now it's passed as an argument, which in the case of Binary job corresponds to the filename specified in the accuracy test.

Separate accuracy test

Split the file WorkflowManagment.py in 5 different files. There are three files for three different classes, another one for the exceptions and the last one with few small functions.

Changes to remove the hardcoded parts of the accuracy test, using a new class Evaluator to provide this as an argument to PrecisionAnalysis, Jobs and others.

Reformulated is_call_to_function to use the vault information in our advantage. Now we need to pass the current routine as an argument to calls_to_functions.
