Images and csv function folder are set at dependencies

Modified make report receipt to add the function info section

Added maxrecursion like limit, latex is not expecting that mucha tables. Also a clear page is needed from time to time for the same reason. Log files needs to be deleted, otherwise old errors can prevent compilation.

Added formatting for csv modelfactors table.

first skeleton for automatic generation of latex report.

added svn ID to name of report

Few changes in parser scripts. Now experiment data can be stored in json files that can be later reloaded to make comparisons between different experiments.
