Following the instructions on the README, I cloned the folder into one of my NEMO deployments. But when I run the
perf_metric.bash script it fails due to
architecture: arch-X64_MN4_UNCOUPLED.fcm doesn't exists
is it normal? If the user has to provide the arch file, so we should specify the flags we need in this arch file.
I see a cfgs folder in this repo, is it copied from somewhere, or did you produce all the configuration?
The README is fine, but we should add some wiki documentation about this project. For example, what are the metrics produced, and how to read them (short explanation, nothing too long), the NEMO version that we used for developing this workflow or the kind of output the user should expect (pdf or txt or png?)
I would separate the main script from the functions that we use in it, like, importing the function from a second file, so that if you open the main script you immediately see what this script is doing. And if you open the other script you have all the functions defined
I would leave in the main folder just the perf_metrics.config and the perf_metrics.bash, putting the rest in a sub folder so that the user immediately see what's important
