Processes per node (NUMTASK) should default to 0 or empty, not 1. Otherwise... 

Processes per node (NUMTASK) should default to 0 or empty, not 1. Otherwise span[ptile=1] was introduced in Mn3 job header and when NUMPROC above 180 cores job was banned. Fixes #141
