In Autosubmit 3.5.0 if TASKS (jobs.conf) not defined, defaults to 1. Now added... 

In Autosubmit 3.5.0 if TASKS (jobs.conf) not defined, defaults to 1. Now added a constant to fix it to 24 in the default case. Partially fixes #141
