- In order to distinguish among general variables coming from configuration or templates, a few modification has been made.
- For the time being *_DIR convention has been adopted for configuration stuff.
- And the templates has been updated accordingly.

- Renamed marenostrum to bsc

- Removed mandatory option CLEAN and RESTART

- Removed hardcoded value HPCARCH on autosubmit.conf; it is filled automatically now
- Removed failed dependece now we can use an update_list.txt locate in /cfu/autosubmit/<expid>/pkl
- Added new method to Status class needed for the new update method
- NOTE: This version needs hard testing

- In templates a few sections has been defined now such as "General Paths", "Model Configuration" etc

- Issue with environment settings for Ithaca is also fixed in "ithaca.conf"
