- Renamed marenostrum to bsc

- Removed mandatory option CLEAN and RESTART

- Removed hardcoded value HPCARCH on autosubmit.conf; it is filled automatically now
- Removed failed dependece now we can use an update_list.txt locate in /cfu/autosubmit/<expid>/pkl
- Added new method to Status class needed for the new update method
- NOTE: This version needs hard testing

- In templates a few sections has been defined now such as "General Paths", "Model Configuration" etc

- Issue with environment settings for Ithaca is also fixed in "ithaca.conf"

- templates tested for coupled ecearth run at ithaca and marnostrum
and templates tested for ifs only at marenostrum.
- updated the version of README

- parallel env. option for Ithaca is corrected
- in expdef, introduced more comments for user's readability
- bsc ini, sim, post and clean templates are touched to allign headers

- Change ecearth template. Hardcoded fc0 to ${MEMBER}

Changed create_exp and autosubmit, they just need as parameter the expid, not the full path to the autosubmit_<expid>.conf
