After merging issue #374 into issue #372, and doing the corresponding testing, validation for -ftc has been improved and documentation for set status has been expanded to include the new feature.

Both branches included highly related features.

Fixed Issue #386: Now eadmin user can delete any experiment regardless of owner, iff -f is included.

Removing fc verification, it was too restrictive. Including 'Any' keyword in filter_section and filter_job(lst) verification.

Log.critical and Log.warning input improved. Corrected a bug in exception handling. Log.debug included according to suggestions.

Fixed issue #372. Now autosubmit stops when setstatus parameters are not found, it also returns some details to the user.

Mainly #414 fixes, did a lot of fixes for wrappers, fixed bugs with permisions using cw, fixed inspect for wrappers, fixed generateWrappers, fixed a weird bug checking running wrappers triggered by horizontal-vertical wrappers, fixed some of the logs not being show, fixed part of frozen experiments, fixed an unhandled excepcion if a job fails to submit due wrong platform/QOS, swapped recursionlimit into main loop, some refactor needed some done.

Fix some bugs with frozen experiments, now autosubmit does not stop to execute in large experiments, update somelogs

Improves to speed in submit, solved possible issues with parts of the code, #390 gilbert feedback issue still unable  reproduced
