Being able to submit to PDC, taking into account there is no scheduler in Ellen and then serial jobs have to be done wihtin a new HPCQueue: PSQueue, which check remote shell jobs to a ps wrapper.

- In HPCQueue: -Added _host attribute setter to allow associating a queue to a different hostname. -To avoid submitting problems with some users: In HPCQueue submit job is splited in change directory ; submit command. - WARNING!: This Lindgren option version is for testing purposes, Lindgren platform is still not working because scheduler is not yet installed in the pre/post-processing machines (ellen and cfs-aux-4)
