Navbar is rendering wrong the page list

It prevents the index of being printed where the toctree directive is

Removed an inconsistency in the text

This is to visually separate module documentation from the other sections

Previous name was already used and vague

Module Doc needs to be collapsed and troubleshoot has to have its own section

Evidently this is needed so sphinx can properly read it

I am figuring out how to properly build navigation bars..

Removed mkdocs.yml because it is tool that we are not using. I will test if toctrees directives organize the left bar as I want.

ReadTheDocs needs this file at root to build documentation.
