Savejoblist now also save the graph of the joblist.
Other files are updated accordingly.

Change in the naming of the CreateJob functions. Now the name contains the corresponding experiment id.

By default the value is "truc" and no joblist will be created for this expid.

change to template to run my first exp with nemovar ensemble member. two lines added in MyTemplate.sim so that a job can be resubmitted at will. Bugfix to getAllChildren function so it passes a list of jobs instead of jobnames(used only to cancel a failed job and all its children) 

working version of autosubmit , with additional check of completion , possibility to restart from pickle and template updated for first experiment

Also added functions in chunk_date_lib to retrieve date and month of a string_date.
