Update Forecast/sidebar carets with new styling and appropriate flipping when dropdown is triggered.

Fixed issue related to model or score to be visualized in scores maps. Not always the first element is shown because the order of the list is not the one of the dropdowns

Make Eval/Stats map generate with the first selected elements(0 index) from the models and statistics dropdowns.

Changed dates_dev file, removed BSC_DREAM8b from models (closes issue #198), put MULTI-MODEL as first model (closes issue #196), solved issue on use of shared memory (added uuid) and adapted dash_server with an automatic pathname to run on both devel and production platform.

Update Probability Maps to set up the number of models dinamically. Fixed time series concatenation for Aeronet visual comparison. Closes issues #191 and #192
