Upgraded some imports due to deprecations

Fixes issues #103 and #97. Also fixed a bug on WAS colors, some improvements in colorscale generation.

Fixed a bug that prevent to see the graph collection, changed models labels and added the disclaimer.

Updated forecast tab to change main windown only with "apply" buttons in sidebar. Issue to fix: models variable automatic menu doesn't work

Added behaviour when sidebar menu changes main windown doesn't chagen till "apply" button is pressed

Made colors configurable for timeseries

- round floats to 2 decimals
- timeslider was and prob with "Tomorrow"
- timeseries for forecast
