In the event and webinar views, remove the hero image

Remove the image because most of the contents do not have a proper image (either blurry or the important content is not fully visible in all viewports). And remove the corresponding field from the content edition form.

The aspect ratio of the hero image container varies across devices because the height is fixed to 300px height but the width is dynamic, being the maximum 1260px when the content is displayed in a modal window and 1420xp when it is displayed in a page.
