If no dates have been provided show “-”.

If “Whole day” is set, show “Whole day”.

If “Open end” is set, show start date followed by the text “ - open”. Otherwise, compute duration. If duration is at most one day, show the start time of the start date and the end time of the end date. If duration is more than one day, show “-”
