Has Plone an image upload widget that allows to edit the image?

The editor should be able to edit the image to provide an image in the specific scale needed by the theme.

Or at least the creation form should detect that the image does not have the proper scale and do not allow to add the image.

Otherwise the image will be scaled by the system in a random way.
