Function Lon2Index to return the correct order from SelBox

Merged Nuria Pérez-Zanón requested to merge develop-lon2index into master

As reported by @dverfail in issue #1 (closed), the order in SelBox could be improved. The function Lon2Index() consider different options:

And it is used in SelBox.
