Different grids for pressure level and surface variables

Following @fdoblasreyes and @jgarcia 's email to cfu from the 13/08/2015 (attached), it's been found that "the data we generate with EC-Earth has a different grid for the pressure-level and surface data". _CFU__Different_grids_in_EC-Earth_pressure-level_and_surface_data.eml
