nccf_atm_monthly not working for 6 months data

I am trying to get monthly means from MMA which contains 6 chunks of 1 month length. It gives following error:

+ [[ 78 -ne 6 ]]
+ echo 'Warning, the number of months in MMA (,,) is different from the number of months you required according to the LEADLIST,6, check your configfile!'
+ exit

It can be temporarly solved by removing the error check here https://earth.bsc.es/gitlab/es/atmosphere_diagnostics/blob/master/nccf_atm_monthly.sh#L270

It will be ignoring the number of months in MMA... Is it maybe harmful for other use cases ?
