atmosphere_diagnostics fails

It seemed that atmosphere_diagnostics had run correctly but the files were not copied to the exp folder in esarchive. @pabretonniere can you have a look at /home/Earth/rfernand/run_atm_diagnostics/a09z/ ?

The only error in the slurm...out files is: ''' /var/spool/slurmd/job14905/slurm_script: line 272: ( (2001 - 2001) * 12 + 08: value too great for base (error token is "08") ''' Perhaps the problem is with the NFILE variable?
