expcount endpoint not working
@gbonet noted that the endpoint is not working well
In fact, it returns "a bytes-like object is required, not 'str'" for most experiments
I did a few tests in the GUI using the browser built-in debugger and I found nothing broken nor any request making use of this call. Then I searched for the string expcount in the GUI project and found no occurrences.
It seems that it became obsolete, but we should study if it's worth to fix it or remove it
