Support new Pickle Job List file (Autosubmit 4.1)

The new version of Autosubmit (4.1) made a major change to the JobList pickle file. So, support for this new structure has to be made, and issues like #38 have to be solved along the way.

An example of this issue is in the experiment a0it inside the Climate DT VM.
