Testing suite populate worker

Merged Bruno de Paula Kinoshita requested to merge testing_suite_populate_worker into main

Partially addresses #27 (closed) (there are other parts of the code that still rely on jobs/platforms/etc)

Fixes found during tests with the testing suite, cc @mcastril , @rahme1

  • replaces pysqlite3 by sqlite3
  • corrects os.popen call
  • changes the logic to recognize if an experiment is AS4+YAML or AS3+conf (#27 (closed))
