[enhancement] Add auto-reload every N seconds, with a spinning animation, and toggle on-off option

Hi,

Would it be possible to modify our current reload button,

to have a few more states and actions?

1. Start as it is now, "toggled off", waiting for the user to press to refresh the UI
2. If the user clicks on it (at anytime) it refreshes the UI
3. When the user toggles it on (maybe a checkbox?), it automatically refreshes the GUI every N seconds
4. When the UI is in auto-reload, the reload button displays a spinning animation, that lasts N seconds; when it completes a cycle, it refreshes the UI automaticlaly
5. If the user hovers the reload button, it shows "Auto-reload in N seconds" or just "N seconds", etc.
6. If in auto-reload, and the user clicks the reload button, it forces an immediate reload (the user is anxious to see the state of the experiment)
