Changes in CFU_NAO: Pobs and Pmod options for NAO index calculations in forecasts, polarity check corrected to have proper sign for NAO. Changes in CFU_plotbox: no normalization for the time being for sake of simplicity. Both functions are re-inserted in CFU_Rfunc.txt
