New branch for malaria indicator

Hi @aho @rmarcos @nperez @rlowe @ngonzal2 @allabres

I am going to start a branch called "develop-Malaria" to set up a vignette for computing a malaria indicator in Europe.

Objective

To calculate the number of months per year that are suitable for the transmission of P. vivax, plasmodium parasite endemic to Europe.

Methodology

This is a threshold model that determines suitability based on the temperature, precipitation and relative humidity conditions in areas where land use is classified as highly suitable. The vignette will show an example of the computation of this indicator in the Iberian Peninsula for a period of 10 years.

Expected output

A grid per year with values ranging from 0 to 12, reflecting the number of months suitable for malaria transmission

Best, Martín
