Subset 'coords' element of CST functions

Following #24 (closed), I realized that element 'coords' in 's2dv_cube' is not subset well inside CST_ functions. Coordinates should be updated in all the functions where the output dims are reduced from input dims.

The functions that should be updated are:

  • PeriodMean
  • PeriodMin
  • PeriodMax
  • PeriodVariance
  • PeriodAccumulation
  • AccumulationExceedingThreshold
  • TotalSpellTimeExceedingThreshold
  • TotalTimeExceedingThreshold
  • Threshold
