This branch adds the missing parameter ncores in some Apply calls. It also contains a clarification for the missing na.rm parameter in section @details. Finally, it contains a fix in SelectPeriodOnData to keep consistency of the dimension names (by adding output_dims to Apply call).
If you have already created your branch you can update it by merging the master again in a few minutes, when this branch is merged into the master.
