Hi,

   I have just corrected a bug in the ohc function. cdo sometimes change the name of the dimensions, in that case from x to x_2, which prevents the cdftools to work properly. I have corrected this renaming when it happens on tmpohc.nc in the ohc function.

Hi,

   In this branch, I have modified get_diagsMMO so that when the user requests monthly mean variables, the raw daily means from the MMO files will also be concatenated and monthly means will be computed from these daily means and they will be added to the file containing the raw monthly means.

I added a new function (vertmeanvar) to compute weighted vertical means in the ocean, on either temperature or salinity (potentially on every quantity on gridT). The input levels should be in level number, and they are specified in the configure file with the 2 new variables level1 and level2 (the modified config file is part of the commit). People who would be interested in this and could check it: @vguemas  @cprodhomme  @pabretonniere
