Regional weighted average

I think a good enhancement would be what we commented of calculating the weighted mean of some variable, choosing the some specific region (from its correspondent 'mask.regions' file). It's something similar to what this script is doing, although it can do it only for the regular files from IFS or interpolated from NEMO (and we don't want that since it introduces some errors):
