Fix Oyr table name

Merged Javier Vegas-Regidor requested to merge fix_oyear into master

As @vsicardi discovered in #138, we were not correctly forming the name for Oyr and generating Oyear instead

This PR fixes the default name for the yearly frequency and adds a new test case for the generation of this name

Closes #138
